Kenya Sport: Troublesome allegations

Claims that "... sports administrators in Kenya are diverting billions of shillings meant for the development of the game to private interests amid highly damaging revelations of racial and economic discrimination, sexual exploitation and outright theft. i do not know what to make of these charges... they all stem from one article that i have linked. It would appear, according to this news article, that widespread abuse is rampant in the athletic community, tho i hope that this is not the case. We leave for Kenya in 15 days. How many sleeps is that?
