An Alberta dairy cow does indeed have mad cow disease, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency is reporting.

"We don't anticipate it would have any impact," U.S. Department of Agriculture spokeswoman Alisa Harrison said Thursday after news came out about the new suspected case.
