Mexican Outdoor Ad Campaign

Next time you are in Mexico City, i really, really hope you see one of these signs. See one of these signs, and get me a picture! One billboard on the street has a visual of Saddam warning folks, "You can generate chaos: Don't you double park." Mother Teresa yells, "Don't give bribes to the devil!". (i really want to see pics of these.)

Outdoor advertising can be so much fun... (tho, i am biased) So, who in Canada could we use? Heck, driving quality in Medicine Hat is questionable at best... who should be use here? Chretien?
