Viacom decides to Pull not Push

Using bluetooth technology, Viacom Outdoor Advertising is poised to be the first Outdoor Advertising Firm in the US to make bluetooth content available thru their outdoor adverts. Now, with compeling info, near the purchase, they will pull customers to their place of business without pushing content onto the mobile devices (read: phones) of people who are NOT interested. No Spam. Too bad the interweb and e-mail didn't work that way. Meh.
