WildCam Africa

I almost feel guilty. I've been enjoying this National Geographic WebCam for a few days now. A live webcam feed watching over a watering hole in Botswana. As i type this blog entry i am watching a whole host of (insert name here) watering. Botswana looks like wonderful country. Best viewing times listed on the National Geographic site. Enjoy! (Let me know what you see).

wow... it was like watching CBC at 3am .... but with a waterhole, and some bushes.

ummm.... like nothing was going on Jace... no animals... no territorial fighting.... nothing.

Do I get my money back now?

I'm sending you a cheque Jeff, dated February 29th.

It's a watering hole, which means it's hit and miss. i've tried to bribe the animals with bobbles and chatchkies (sp?) but... they are even more clever than you'd expect.

Ok... I'm definately now certifiable (well... at least I'll have company... because Jace was right there with me). I sat and watched the WildCam for about an hour doing play by plays on what was seen in MSN Messenger to Jace... eventually we got an audience too.... 2 other lost sould decided to see what we were ranting about when I would start chat shouting "A GAZELLE! A GAZELLE!!!".
Sad.... just so sad.... (and not even one animal fight... that lazy croc just lied there.) Poo!
