Street Corner Ads
This i like. Relevant? i don't read spanish... but the concept is fun.

Where in Medicine Hat might we put one of these? and who would we advertise for? Thoughts...

I believe this is making a statement moreso than a marketing advertisment - such as "The Collaboration of both white and blue collar workers in the community." However, for something of that size, they are right in keeping it plain, bright and visually objective. Still not sure about where to put it, because we don't have alot of plain concrete buildings in the Hat - we don't want to cover up all those lovely tumbleweed inscriptions on the Esplanade....;)
I dig the ads too... I don't read spanish (ok... I have a somewhat passable knowledge in french... and it somewhat translates to some spanish), but... what I could pick up... is that its a commercial for a laundry soap (or a stain remover) named Ariel.
The two panels show one person unsuspecting moving along, and the left panel shows someone with a staining agent... one a little girl with a few ice cream cones (looking precarious too), another with a lady balancing a tray of coffee cups, and finally, the one Jace showed with the paint cans...
Its simple... I think it gets its point across (I think Aaron's social commentary is a little bit of a stretch). ;)
Jace... get your butt into gaming! ;) I miss ya in there... I need more fresh meat for the fodder process....
Great to see you back and posting! Its been... like... forever!
:D

Jeff,
thankyou for the diligence and translation. Great stuff...
Aaron... the tumbleweed corner of the 'splanade would be ideal! now we just need to ponder what company pays for the installation.
Is portuguese, don't spanish...
Thankyou for the clarification D.
