i knew i wasn't the only one... but this sums it up great:
"I Didn't get to see any NBA over the weekend. My TV was occupied with the DVDs from season 1 of 24 that Lang lent me. Wow, I know I'm 5 years late, but WOW!!!!! I'm all for going outside and doing stuff, and we did have the nicest weather in a minute, but I was MIA. I watched all 24 hours, leaving a bar on Saturday night to start the final four episodes at 2 A.M. Until you’ve started drinking coffee at 2 A.M., you haven’t really lived. The most fun part about forcing yourself not to sleep and watching a show loaded with conspiracies and agency speak is the effect that takes over your brain the next day. I have watched a total of about 15 minutes of 24 in my (and the show's) lifetime.
That 15 minutes consisted of... "What the hell is going on here?!?!?!" a bit more watching... a bit of head scratching.... and then proceeded to turn the channel because I just couldn't make anything out of it.
I know, I know.... its a show you have to watch ALL of... like the guy... from season 1 on... in order. But... I think I have enough TV in my life... I'll wait for the movie. ;)
PS.... I think today, I have more coffee in my body than water content!

wifey watches 24 on a weekly basis... ( i kinda think she's crazy) i can't imagine having to wait, not knowing what happens next.
When i get the series, a whole season on dvd i take the next day off... i turn it on and, bwammo 18+ hours later, i sleep. that is the only SANE way to watch that show. You MUST go back to season one, and make sure you have the days off. enjoy! for real.
Speaking of coffee content. i KNOW what that feels like... i like it :)
