Back in November of 2005 i posted a brief commentary of the One Red Paperclip project, found here! I also talked about the concept and progress at our local Toastmasters meeting.

he's getting a heck of a lot closer now... finally into the property stage. The next step is well... I don't know WHAT a person would offer up for trade for a year of rent free living, but I'm sure it'll be good. ;)
Reading the comments in that last section, its obvious some people like reading the blog, but really don't understand his purpose... there's FAR too many suggestions to trade the rent thing for $$$, and then buy stuff with the $$$... but my understanding is that this is just a stuff for stuff type trade system...
Anyhoo... good luck Kyle... keep plugging at it! ;)

So true... it's getting even more exciting now... i've been racking my brain, thinking of what we might do with a years stay in phoenix :)
