Classic Construction buys Moose Lodge property

Operating from their current location for over 30 years, the Moose Lodge continue to be a valued member of Medicine Hat. As the City has grown, their location has become one of Medicine Hat’s most sought after pieces of real estate. Numerous developers and builders have wanted to buy this property, but only one builder’s offer made sense to the Moose Lodge. The builder was prepared to work with the Moose, ensuring that the Moose and their membership can continue to serve the community from their present location. The Medicine Hat Moose are excited to announce that they have agreed to sell their property to Classic Construction Ltd. This sale is a brand new beginning for the Moose, and Classic Construction is very happy to be a part of that.

A key part of the deal that Classic Construction negotiated ensures that the Moose Lodge will continue serving their members and customers throughout the end of 2007 in their current building without interruption to their business. If you’ve booked Moose facilities thru 2007, rest easy, the Moose will continue their high standard of customer service from their current location. Following 2007, the Moose will celebrate with their more than 2000 members in a brand new facility at the same location. Classic Construction Ltd is very excited to build this new facility as part of a larger residential development. With developments already underway in Northlands, Ranchlands & starting soon in Southlands this property rounds out Classics presence throughout the City.

The residential complex that Classic Construction will build on 2800 13th avenue is expected to pre sell very quickly in Medicine Hat’s booming residential market. Next to golf course and Co-op, this prime property is within walking distance to all amenities. Converting this land, the Moose Lodge could think of no builder better qualified than Classic Construction.
